Natural open spaces, sea views and fresh air combine with a West Coast fishing building style of timber shutters, masoned stone details and low walls in order to present a luxury lifestyle with natural pastimes such as fishing, strolling by the sea and the general enjoyment of nature.

The Jacobsbaai Village will consist of 300 living units. Occupation right is being presented in the form of one, two or three bedroom houses. Ready built units, as well as plot-and-plan homes are available in high quality finishes. Despite the fact that three schemes have been put toghether to choose from, the focus it being placed on individuality and freedom of choice. Houses are not based on standard plans, but are designed for a specific erf. Maximum privacy is being maintained at all times.
