Natural open spaces, sea views and fresh air combine with a West Coast fishing building style of timber shutters, masoned stone details and low walls in order to present a luxury lifestyle with natural pastimes such as fishing, strolling by the sea and the general enjoyment of nature.
The Jacobsbaai Village will consist of 300 living units. Occupation right is being presented in the form of one, two or three bedroom houses. Ready built units, as well as plot-and-plan homes are available in high quality finishes.
