Receive monthly income

  • Approximately 10% of the purchase price of every house is invested in the name of the inhabitant thereof and the income derived is paid to the inhabitant on a monthly basis.
  • The fund into which the investment is made will invest its resources in and around the village in monthly rent producing investments. These monthly rentals will escalate annually resulting in a situation where the longer an inhabitant lives in the village the bigger his monthly income will become.
  • The inhabitants will be fully informed about the workings of the fund at all times through an advisory commitee selected by the inhabitants themselves.
  • When an inhabitant leaves his house permanently the full investment will be paid to him or his estate.
